About Your Stay
Our breakfast menu is now very well renowned which includes the following, full english, salmon with scrambled eggs, smoked haddock with poached eggs, freshly made croissants with a wide selection of cheeses and meats and finally freshly made fruit salad. Breakfast is served from 07:30am onwards till 9:30am, Earlier breakfast times can be made by special request in advance if required.

Guests are welcome to use the garden and a walk up to the top of the paddock provides excellent wide spread views across to Lewes and the surrounding countryside from Firle to Cooksbridge.
